Want a bizarre music video to kill some time? Then you need to watch Cesse La Pluie, by French pop singer Anggun.

Set to a series of screen clips taken from British actor (and former diver) Jason Statham’s upcoming movie Crank 2, the video features three things: the aforementioned video clips, shots of Anggun herself dancing around seductively in some sort of loose and flowing dress, and further shots of Anggun and her backup band singing away madly (she’s in jeans for these shots, by the way).

Those parts aren’t bizarre. What’s bizarre is that the video is set in what looks like an underground parking lot – and yet it seems to be raining. That doesn’t quite jive. More, at once point, Anggun gains a pair of metallic fingers that emit fire from the tips.

Well, given how strange the movie sounds – Statham has had his mechanical heart stolen – it’s a fitting enough video.
